Your order may still show as processing or there may have been a discrepancy in our inventory that has caused a delay in shipment. Keep in mind that sometimes it can take a few days for an order to process before it ships. If you are still seeing this message after five days of purchasing, please contact us here. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-6 days of ordering. If for any reason you did not receive your tracking information or if you have further questions, you can always contact us here.
WHY IS MY ORDER MISSING AN ITEM?
We may not have had all of the items in stock when we shipped your package, but we let you know via email. Your shipping confirmation email should indicate which products might still be outstanding and pending shipment. If something was not shipped that you were expecting, please contact us here.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A SUBMITTED ORDER?
Orders submitted through our website process and ship very quickly. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or modify any orders 2 days after purchasing. We care about our customers want to ensure customer satisfaction but once our warehouse ships out product we will not be able to retrieve the shipment until you receive it. If you want a full refund, please request a refund within 24 hours after you ordered. After your order is finished processing, you should expect it to be delivered to you within 3 weeks. For international orders, it may take longer. If you’d like to return your items, you can receive a full refund to your original form of payment by contacting us here as we can help you with cancelling your order.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We can process a return for you if you are not satisfied with the product. This means that if you don't love our products, for any reason, we'll take them back. So go ahead, take a chance on something new; we've got you covered! If you want to make a return please contact us here. DOES SLAYBELLA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally and worldwide. Just keep in mind that orders may take a little longer to receive.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ORDER WITH BROKEN OR MISSING PRODUCTS?
Please contact customer service here. We will try our hardest to get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not worry, if your order came with a broken or missing product we will take full responsibility. Please do not throw the product away because we will ask for proof of damage. We will need to provide this proof to the post office and/or manufacture to get a full refund on your behalf. Thank you for understanding.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information, as well as, product selections but if you contact us within 2 days of placing your order, we may be able to still update the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but once our warehouse ships out product we will not be able to retrieve the shipment until you receive it.
