How can I track my order?

You can track your order here

You will need your order ID and the email you used when placing your order. If you do not have this handy, please contact us here and we will look into your order status for you.

Do you ship international?

We do ship internationally. Just keep in mind that the shipping fee is more expensive and you order will take longer to arrive to you, depending on where you live. International orders may take between 10 to 14 days to arrive. 

When will my order arrive?

All U.S. orders are sent through USPS first class mail from our New York office. Your package should arrive between 2- 5 business days after we process your order.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address please contact us ASAP. You typically have about 24 hours to notify us before we ship out your order. Please contact us here immediately if you need change your address. We understand that mistakes happen or changes need to be made so please don’t worry, we will make it work.

Can I use paypal to make a purchase?

Yes, Paypal is an available payment option that you can choose at checkout.

How do I use AfterPay?

Just shop and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!

Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.

Can I request a refund?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. Our customers buy from us with confidence. We will give you your money back if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information, as well as, product selections. Please try to contact us ASAP after you place an order so that we can modify or cancel your order before shipping it out. If your order was already shipped to you, we can process a refund and will send you a return label so that you can send us back the product. Please buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will make sure that we either refund your money or send you the product that will make you happy. 

I ordered the wrong thing, what now?

Mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong thing, please let us know ASAP. We can modify your order or send you the product that you intended to buy. If you already received your product and want to make an exchange, just let us know. We will gladly process an exchange for you.

What do I do if I received a defected product?

If you received a defected product from us, we are extremely sorry! We will resend you your product at no additional cost.  We understand that sometimes products get damaged on their way to your home, but we will make it right! Please contact us if your package arrived damaged.
